Neil Angst is the owner of Health Insurance Solutions NW. HIS-NW is an independent life & health insurance broker office that serves the north Puget Sound area in 3 distinct categories:

Employee Benefits Consulting, working with business owners and HR managers in tailoring employee benefit plans to meet their specific needs.

Individual Health Insurance, assisting individuals and families with their health insurance needs, including coverage through the WA Health Insurance Exchange, and Medicare-eligible individuals.

Medicare / Medicare Supplements to assist in selecting the right level of coverage given your health and financial needs.

Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, Neil joined the U.S. Army in 1978 as a musician. His duty assignments included two overseas tours, one in Panama, where he travelled extensively throughout Central and South America, and one in South Korea which included travel to Nepal, Thailand, and Bangladesh.

Neil moved to the Northwest in 1993 and began a new career in health insurance, initially working for both insurance companies and with employee benefits brokers. In April of 2007, he joined Business Insurance Concepts in Everett, WA and subsequently purchased the company in June of 2014. At that time, the company rebranded and became Health Insurance Solutions NW.
Neil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from Columbia College in 1993. He completed at Columbia College in 2013 receiving his Masters of Business Administration.

Neil lives in Marysville, WA with his wife Patricia. Neil and Patricia have 3 children, Rachel, Morgaine, and Matthias. Neil is an active member of the Marysville United Methodist Church and, with music still one of his main passions, has served as the Contemporary Music Team Leader. He is also actively involved in the mission work of the church including travelling on 4 youth mission trips. Neil serves as an Associate Board Member of Camp Fire of Snohomish County and as President of the Rotary Club of Everett.

Neil believes that exist on this planet to be of service to one another and to find the good (and humor) in everything. It is this belief that is the driving force behind the products, servicing and consulting he provides at Health Insurance Solutions.
